Rudolf Baldonado Jr.
President and Creative Director
Rudolf may be the youngest director-producer in the industry today. With only 17 years of work experience in the dubbing scene, he already boasts a body of work that has earned him the trust of notable clients, and the highest respect of his peers. Local television networks (ABS-CBN, TV-5, Studio 23) and independent studios catering to international clientele, such as Sound Weavers Recording Studios and SDI Philippines, entrust him with premium titles and shows from Nickelodeon, Disney, and ABC.
As a voice actor, he is recognized as the real Pinoy Spongebob, having provided the voice of the lovable yellow character in the Filipino versions of Nickelodeon's Spongebob Squarepants aired on both TV5 and ABS-CBN. He is also the official Filipino voice for The Muppet's Miss Piggy.
To his colleagues, he is the director with the most unique style and method, producing dubbed work that is most faithful to the original content -- script, voice, and performance. He uses this standard in all of Synchresis Inc's projects as Creative Director, thus assuring clients of quality output unrivaled by any local dubbing group or studio.
Finance Manager and Associate Director
Joam is best known for his outstanding work as both voice actor and director for English dubbed content, having completed projects for the top studios in the metro for 14 years. At ABS-CBN, he is recognized as the official Filipino voice for the Korean star Jang Geun Suk (Love Rain; Pretty Man). As of 2015, he adds to his credentials impressive voice work as the Filipino voice of Lightning McQueen in Disney-Pixar's Cars and Luke Skywalker in Lucasfilms' Star Wars Episodes 4, 5, and 6.
Marvi made her mark at the height of Koreanovela fame when she voiced the infamous Lady Choi in the groundbreaking epic Jewel In The Palace, dubbed and aired on GMA-7. She has since then breezed through numerous other challenging roles for the most memorable dubbed programs in television. Her expertise as a voice actor, coupled with her theater and art studies training, make her an efficient director, leaving her own signature in animated and live-action dubbing projects.
Associate Director (In-Training)
AJ may be considered a newbie among the core talents of SYNCHRESIS, but he is already one of the most in-demand lead voice actors in television dubbing today. ABS-CBN recognizes him as the official Filipino voice for Korean superstar Lee Min Ho, and has bagged several other male leads since his first successful stint in Boys Over Flowers in 2010. This includes Obi Wan-Kenobi in Lucasfilms' Star Wars Episodes 1, 2, and 3; and Tony Stark / Ironman in Marvel's The Avengers and Ironman movies.
Grace has been heard in literally all of the local television networks, doing voices for the most unforgettable lead characters. From being the favorite lead star during her theater days at the University of the Philippines, she easily transitioned into the voice-over and recording business as one of the most in-demand female voice actors. She boasts 18 years of work experience, doing protagonists from the classic Cinderella of ABS-CBN and Erika of Daimos, to Queen Seondok of GMA-7’s Korean hit of the same title. Coupled with numerous TV and Radio ads, she is undeniably one of the most reliable and versatile artists in the industry to date.
